MaxxLabs is an AI-native product studio based in India. Our Local Growth Engine is an AI-powered local SEO automation platform that helps small and medium businesses manage their online presence — including their Google Business Profile, website content, reviews, and search visibility.

• Account information: Name, email address, business name, and contact details provided during signup.
• Business information: Website URL, business category, location, and related details you provide.
• Google account data: With your explicit authorization via Google OAuth, we access data from Google services including Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics. See Section 4 for details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and actions taken within our platform.
• Communications: Messages you send to our support team.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the Local Growth Engine service on your behalf
• To automate tasks you have authorized — including publishing Google Business Profile posts, replying to reviews, answering Q&A, and updating business information
• To generate SEO audits, content, and performance reports for your business
• To send service notifications, usage reports, and product updates
• To improve our platform and develop new features
• To respond to your support requests

Google Business Profile API Data

Our Local Growth Engine integrates with the Google Business Profile API. When you connect your Google account, you explicitly authorize MaxxLabs to access and manage your Google Business Profile on your behalf. Specifically, we may access:

• Business information (name, address, phone, hours, categories, attributes)
• Customer reviews and our platform’s ability to post replies
• Questions & Answers on your listing
• Google Business Profile posts (we create and publish posts on your behalf)
• Photos and media associated with your listing
• Performance insights (views, clicks, calls, direction requests)

This data is used solely to provide the Local Growth Engine service to you. We do not sell, share, license, or aggregate your Google Business Profile data with any third party. We do not use your GBP data to train AI models or for any purpose beyond operating the service you have authorized.

You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions page.

Google Search Console & Analytics Data

With your authorization, we also access Google Search Console and Google Analytics data to provide keyword analysis, ranking reports, and traffic insights. This data is used exclusively to generate reports and recommendations within your account and is never shared with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Third-party tools we use to operate our platform (e.g. cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal requirements: If required by applicable law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may transfer to the new entity under the same privacy protections.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
