The consistent thread is ROI. We look for problems expensive enough that people are already paying badly to solve them, then build the focused AI-native version — and we say no when the numbers do not hold up.

Before we take a project, you need a clear view of the return. If the maths does not work, the honest answer is no — and you get that answer for free.
Solve it. Full stop.
We are not optimising for the invoice. The measure of the work is whether your problem is actually gone, not how many hours it took.
